• First name — to personalise communications.
• Email address — to deliver the scorecard and send follow-up messages.

We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or data from children under 16.

We process your data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR / EU GDPR). By submitting the form you consent to receiving the scorecard and occasional follow-up emails from Rob Osgood. • To deliver the scorecard to your inbox.
• To send occasional emails about sales improvement, insights, and services offered by Rob Osgood.
• To notify Rob of new scorecard requests (internal lead notification only).
